In Fall 2009, Berkeley Math Circle will run in three parallel sessions.

BMC Elementary is for students in grades 1-3. The application for this program must be done in person. Please contact Natalia Rozhkovskaya (rozhkovs@math.ksu.edu).

We are accepting applications for BMC Beginners and BMC Advanced sessions. The applications are the same - there is only one field where you can specify for which program you are applying. The following pdf file contains a brief description of the Berkeley Math Circle and the application process.

Online Application

You can apply online, just complete the following 4 steps:

1. Online application - this form is for students.
2. Parent/Guardian Consent - this form must be filled by a parent/guardian.
3. Payment - The BMC has a fee of $150 for each of the fall and spring semesters. You can pay the fee by writing a check made out to "The Art of Problem Solving Foundation" or "Mathematical Sciences Research Institute" and bringing it to the Math Circle. Write clearly on the memo line that the payment is for the Berkeley Math Circle. November 3rd is the middle of the semester. If you are participating only during the second half of the semester (Nov. 3 - Dec. 15), then the fee is $75.
4. Photo Release Form - The only form that can't be done online. It has to be printed and signed by a parent/guardian. Bring it to the next session of the math circle.

Every year during the second half of August we confirm all registrations and send out materials to everyone who has registered by that time.

Although we suggest you to do the online application, you can apply by mail as well.
